Cisco Unified Operating System Administration IP address change

I am trying to change IP address for one of my servers in the following manner:

Settings - IP - Ethernet

When I change IP address Call Manager says it is going to restart but nothing happens. I tried to restart manually after changing IP address - didnt work either.

Any suggestions?
