Hi CSC,
I am supporting a client who is running an old Cisco Unity version 5.0(1) with ES51 installed. They are migrating to Exchange 2010. According to this Cisco support article, in order for successful migration, the latest ES must be installed:
When I checked the Cisco Downloads site, it appears they have removed it. The link still exists (when you Google search the file name) but when you click on the download, it says it's not available:
So I was wondering if there is anyone out there in the community who has downloaded it in the past and can share it with me? The latest and final version is 5.0(1) ES89. So if anyone has the file named CU5.01ES89RollUp.exe, can you please Dropbox/OneDrive/4Share it?
Or if anyone knows a way to request this type of thing from Cisco? Can anyone Cisco TAC can help retrieve it?
Any help is of course appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Hi John,
Its unlikely that someone would still have the iso for this ES, your best bet is to get in touch with Cisco TAC and request someone to publish the same. Maybe you can seek assistance from your local Cisco acct team.

Did you perhaps ever get a hold of the ES89? I really need it also.

Unfortunately not. It's like the Lost Ark :P.
