Cisco Unity 8.6 database error 284

We are trying to delete a user and get this error when doing it. database.error. -284. Any suggestions?

I have this same issue with a user in Unity Connection 8.5.  I have a TAC case opened for it and still have no resolution.  Did you get this resolved, and if so, how did you fix this issue?

We are currently experincing htis same issue while tryign to make a change on an existing user. Anyone find an answer on it?

Symptom:

On Unified Messaging Services page, Type field may have some unexpected options
available. Also while trying to modify any existing UM service, it may throw
"database.error.-284" error message.

Conditions:

- Unity Connection release 8.6.1.76 and above.
- Issue is while we upgrade the Unity connection to 8.6.1.76 and above, fresh install don't have this issue.
 

It is fixed in version 8.6(2)ES2.
