Cisco Unity Connection 10.0 BAT

Hi All,

I am trying to add few users to the UC 10.0 via BAT.

I have exported the existing users and edited the file (in Excel) and saved as .txt file, however whenever I try to add the users, the system errors out, stating either some column is missing or something else is wrong.

Any ideas what am I doing wrong here?

When you are reimporting, nothing got hosed up when you had changed over to a .txt?  I would check the file to make sure all the mandatory fields are there.  You arn't trying to add users back in that already exist are you?

I do this all the I always keep the file in .csv when I do this.

Can you upload you file including the header and a sample line. Remove anything you think is sensitive information.
