Hi guys,
I have a question which you can help me to answer ( i Hope so).
we are using the Unity connection 11.5 in our environment and last week I have recieved an email from our customer where he describes some weird behaviour regarding the Voice mail and VM messages.
When the external call comes to the vm it is recorded as ussual, but when the call comes from an internal user then He gets the message :
I have checked the VM box of the user and deleted all the messages ( 0 messages in the time).
re-created the VM account but nothing helped.
Have somebody seen such behaviour ?
