Hi ,
When I call to the main number or to one of the announcement it take the CUC up
to 4 ring (20 sec) to answer ,sometimes it answer immediately .
The version :9.1.2.10000-10
I found a strange message in the RTMT system log :: rtc: lost some interrupts at 256Hz.
I don't know if it related to this issue.
Any idea ?

Sounds like resource starvation. Are you running it on supported hardware (compute, storage, etc)? Was it installed using the OVA template? http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Virtualization_for_Cisco_Unity_Connection#Version_9.1.28x.29

I have to agree with Jonathan's post on resources. Generally speaking if it doesn't pick up after the first ring you need to check your VM usage. If you are using the OVAs, you aren't over subscribing the ESXI box I wold assume?
