When I call to the main number or to one of the announcement it take the CUC up
to 4 ring (20 sec) to answer ,sometimes it answer immediately .

I found a strange message in the RTMT system log :: rtc: lost some interrupts at 256Hz.
I don't know if it related to this issue.
Any idea ?
Sounds like resource starvation. Are you running it on supported hardware (compute, storage, etc)? Was it installed using the OVA template? http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Virtualization_for_Cisco_Unity_Connection#Version_9.1.28x.29
