Hi All,
I am having diffulty installing unity connection, i have input all relevant IP Address, ntp, hostname etc.
It came up with the error 'Required field "security password" is empty. Please complete to continue'
There is no BACK option, or there wasnt any page for security password at all.
Appreciate if anyone knows how to proceed.
Ive had installed previous version of CUCN without issues

What happens if you click OK???
And there is a security password page, just as with CUCM and IM&P, are you sure you did not overlook it??
Where did you get the ISO from??

what version are you trying to install and from where do you get the ISO ?

I had the same issue happen when installing 10.5.2 (base). When testing the NTP I received the same error message. Clicking OK at the prompt it goes through the NTP check again and you end up in an endless cycle.
According to the link below this happens when using the PCD for an upgrade. I was doing a straight install from ISO.

In order to resolve the issue I made the NTP unreachable so that it would fail and I then received the NTP error message instead. I then made the NTP reachable and on the next attempt I chose to proceed with the NTP verses testing it. This completed successfully and I was then prompted for the security password.
