I was wondering if some one can please assist me on the issue I am having with CUC10.5.
So basically my customer is starting a new team. The manager wants to leave a message to the VM box at night and in the morning he is expecting all his associates to listen to that broadcast. Also he is expecting the light(MWI) to be displayed on the phones. One of the users is in CUE, but he wants the email notification to be send to that user. Now for the CUE user we have applied unified messaging and all the defined users are receiving notification in the outlook.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
