Cisco Unity Express (CUE) Administrator privileges not working

When I login to the web GUI I don't have administrator privileges but I'm in the Administrators group.

The issue is that The user ID is case-sensitive; be sure to type the user ID with correct upper- and lowercase letters. If you login with the incorrect case in the user ID you will not have administrator privileges.

No Imran, it's not the same credentials. To session to the service module, and reach the CUE CLI, it requires the credentials for the router that the service module is installed on, and not the credentials configured on the CUE.

Question: when you are CLI'ing to the unity express module, are they the same credentials as the GUI Front end?

Can you login successfully via CLI?
