We have been trying to integrate our Cisco Unity Express which is version 8.6.1 to our Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 product version is 14.3.123.4 so that we can recieve voicemail thru email. We have already configured the external SMTP address using different security mode like the STARTTLS, None and SSL using port 25. But we recieve an error "Test Result: Could not convert socket to TLS" . Kindly advise what else can we check. Attached is the error.
