Cisco Unity IVR Problem

Hi everyone,

We did install Cisco Unity v14.

When we created our IVR; we uploaded a Welcome voice announcement. We have a problem; when we call this IVR Pilot number; first we are hearing a different voice ( "sorry" ), and after 1second we can hear our announcement.
We could not disable this "sorry" announcement.

What can we do?

Best regards.

I assume you have uploaded the welcome prompt on call handler recorded name.

upload the prompt on greetings

If you would go into a greeting, you would see the upload option there. Greetings are there to be configured.

Click on "Standard" greeting and upload the file there and set the correct options.

Hello Nithin

Thanks for your answer.

Actually, we did this action on System Call Handler under Call Managament.

Unity1.jpg

And Under Edit Call Handler Basics; I uploaded this voice file under Recorded Name.

Also; When I check Greaiting; I couldn't find the upload place.

Thanks a lot for your support

When I log in to Greeting; I saw this recording space and I uploaded Welcome Voice.

After that; this problem was gone!

Best regards.
