Cisco Unity Live Record one button conference setup?

I have seen some posts from 2008 that says that CUC Live Record cannot be invoked by a one button action...

I was wondering if anyone found a way to do this via an XML script or other method???

I previously tried it, my suggestion can be found in this post, I did not come across better suggestions so far.
