Hello,
I have created a call handler. Now I want to remove the message that comes after recording : "To send this message press # or hang up."
I tried with checking do not play recording under option play after message recording, but I still hear the message.
Does anyone know how to disable it?

What is the purpose of this call handler?
Are you sending it somewhere else?
If you want it to hang up after your recording is played select hang up under call action.

There is a hunt group that forwards to voicemail (used by various users). I already selected hang up, but unsucessfull. I still hear the prompt.

If possible can you screenshot you Hunt Group, SCH and the Message Settings of the SCH? I'll attempt to reproduce in my lab.
I've done this without issue using Hunt Pilot, HL, HG and SCH. I had much more involved but the below steps should get you in the correct direction.
Hunt Pilot->CTI RP->SCH->Distribution List.
On the Hunt Pilot I used the Forward Hunt Unanswered and Forward Hunt Busy and sent that to a CTI RP.
On the CTI RP I did a Call Forward All to the number of the SCH.
On the SCH I made the message recipient the Distro List I created.
Add the users extension to that Distro List and they'll all receive the voice mail.
HTH
