I am working on a customer to upgrade his system from 5.X to 7.x and part of these upgrades involved upgrading (800) existing Unity 5.x users to Unity Connection 7.x. Customer has a current UCSS and ESW software support contract on the existing Unity 5.x product.
It was my understanding that the UCSS coverage on Unity would cover going from Unity 5.x to Unity 7.x. However, to go from Unity 5.x to Unity Connection 7.x required an upgrade part number:
(1) UNITYCN7-VUP-K9 (Top Level Part Number)
(800) UNITYCN7-USR-VUP
Will the current UCSS/ESW coverage on the Unity 5.x users allow a no-cost upgrade to Unity Connection 7.x??
