Cisco Unity Telephone Messaging System,
Our voicemail system stopped working three days ago. Our user's voicemail messages will not engage with the user's message. Instead, the default Cisco Unity message plays and hangs up the call. We are now finding that there are a couple of employees that have voicemail working. However, the mass majority do not. We have stopped/restarted the Connection Conversation Manager service. Additionally, our licensing is valid. I am hoping that someone from this community can provide some troubleshooting recommendations.

Have you compared a known working user to a known non-working user in Unity to see what might be different? Specifically what do you see under Greetings for both mailboxes? Assuming they both have "Standard" enabled, is there any difference in the configuration of either? Does one have "System Default Greeting" selected vs "My Personal Recording"? What about the Call Action for After Greeting? Is one Take Messages vs Hang Up?

Thank you for responding. Yes, we looked at that and found no discrepancies. TAC is working on this now. It is looking like our database may have gotten corrupted.
