Cisco Untity call handler

Hi team, I have a scenario:

I have a toll-free number that is forwarded to a Unity Call Handler. After the greeting, whatever number the calling party dials should be routed to the corresponding extension in CUCM.

How can we configure this?

On the Caller Input page unlock leading digits of extensions and tick the box that allows destinations that are not configured in CUC, if appropriate. Also ensure that the CUC System Transfer Restriction Table allows internal extensions but not off-net patterns (toll fraud prevention). The incoming CSS of the CUC SIP trunk on CUCM also needs to permit access to the DNs.

I wonder if a call routing rule directing a user to the Caller System Transfer would do what you are looking for?

Here is a link to the v10.x CUC guide that describes this feature. Later guides do not do a good job of this.

As @Jonathan Schulenberg points out, setting your Restriction Tables correctly is essential for preventing toll fraud!
