I am trying to develop a scenario where when a call hits a dial peer (incoming or outgoing) capture the incoming call number without answering the call and call a rest api. Is there anyway that we can do this. ? any suggessions? I have tried using VXML but when call arrives to the GW, application triggers and call get answered.
