Got a couple of these out of blue today.. Unity 4.1(1) and 8.1(1) TSP.
Can not find any bugs on this for this unity version and ciscounitysupport.com doesn't have explanation for this particalar event and text in it.
Any ideas?

This looks like a match. Please see if you can duplicate the error with these steps:
Open the SA, choose Call Handlers
Create a new Call Handler
Go to the Greetings page
For the Standard Greeting, choose Recording and record a greeting using TRaP
Save the call handler and see if you get the same error
Editing a call handler greeting results in an AvSaDbConn error
After editing a Cisco Unity call handler, there may be an error message from
CiscoUnity_AvCs in the event log:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: CiscoUnity_AvCs
Event Category: None
Event ID: 100
Description:
Exception occurred and handled. File: E:\Views\CU4.2.0.107\un_General\Common\Src\AvVariant.cpp at Line: 1536 - Error: 80004005H Call stack:
0x5E5EE95D AvSaDbConn.dll:
0x0056005C
This occurs in Cisco Unity 4.2(1) and later.
There is no workaround. The error does not affect functionality and is safe
to ignore.

Yep. That is it. Got the error twice when I pasted 2 wav files into a test callhandler. This is with Unity 4.1(1).
Can cisco make a ES to fix this? I've seen this at 2-3 clients now and don't like getting called or paged on a cosmetic error.
Thanks.

Anyone know if there is going to be a fix or ES to get rid of these errors?
