ciscounitytools informix driver usage

Hello,

Are there any restricitons on the usage of the informix driver available at:

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/InformixODBC/InformixODBC.html

Since this is a IBM driver are any licensing costs?

It's IBM SDK - you can get it for free from IBM as well, you just have to use their site and create an account first (which is free) - you can read their EULA (the link to their download page is on the Informix SDK download page you reference).  So long as you're using it with licensed Informix database products and you leave their setup alone (i.e. you don't pick out the binaries from their SDK and bundle it into your own product) there's no restrictions.
