Hi, I've installed Cisco Click to Call 8.0 on my PC, Windows 7 x64, MS Office 2010 x64. I've some difficulties but i managed to run it. Now i can make calls through it. The problem is, that it isn't integrated successfully with the MS Office Applications like Outlook and Excel. When i go to COMM Add-ins under Add-Ins page I can see that the Cisco.ClictoCall.Outlook add-in is INACTIVE ant I can not enable it. I tried to delete the plugin and to add it manually, but when i browse the .dll file, the Outlook says that it's not a valid Outlook add-in. I've wondered is ClickToCall compatible with Office 2010 x64 at all?

Last I checked, MS Office 2010 x64 is not supported. This was October 2010. I am not sure if this is changed since then.
Thanks,
Farbod

Correct, this is also documented in the release notes:
Click to Call only supports 32-bit versions of Microsoft Office 2010 applications.
Though with the upcoming cupc 8.5 release this may be introduced (please monitor the release notes for confirmation), I'm not aware when and if this will also be introduced for standalone c2c.

I am having the exact same problem with a few computers running Window 7 64-bit and Outlook 2007/2010 32-bit. These are suppose to be supported yet I cannot enable the Outlook addin.
Any ideas?
