Hello,

I have installed click to call on my pc but when I try to use it doesn't work. Appears the window for editing and call and the option to call directly but when I try I get the following error: "There was an HTTP error. " In addition, the SW can not call from the outlook.

What can i do?

which version of Click2Call do you use?

If you use the version 8.0 there are some bugs:

If you want to dial from outlook you can download Cisco TSP from the CUCM plugin page.

May I know which version of click to call you use? you must have to use some trustful click to call service provider, which is assured you with their services.
