Suddenly it seems that CM is not updating users from AD. There have been no changes on the CM side. It has always been just about instantaneous when I need to update a user's IP phone field for the corporate directory on the phone but, it's not showing up hours later. Verified the AD account that CM uses is active.
How can I check logs on CM? Seems simple but I've searched all over and can't find anything other than doing a trace. All I get from the server people here is "check your logs".

Just confirmed that CM has a user that was added just yesterday in AD so the sync over night worked. I can't get this new user updated either.

I set up a trace in RTMT on Directory Services and ran the LDAP sync again and... it worked. No idea why it wasn't working all day after a dozen tries an no word from the server group on whether they did something.
