Has anyone setup the intercom feature on CM6? I have having trouble getting it to work. Can anyone give a quick guide?

Does anybody know if there is a way to remove the "Intercom History" from the DIRECTORIES menu on the phones?
We don't use intercom here (CM 5.2) and the Intercom History entry on the menu just takes up space - users have to scroll down to get to the corporate directory which is all they really want to use.

You need to upgrade to the newest phone firmware, it will let you remove the Intercom history from the phone.

Here is a little further info;

Intercom History in Directory List when not needed
Symptom:
Intercom History available as an option in Directory when Intercom is not
provisioned for that particular phone, and when in versions of CallManager
prior to 6.
Conditions:
Phone Load 8.3(2) has been installed for 7941/61
Further Information
Intercom History is removed in phone load 8.3.3es3 and later. Contact TAC to
receive an engineering special version with this fix. Intercom History will
also be removed in the upcoming 8.3.4 release which will post to Cisco.com

I have the same issue with Intercom directory and I'll try this phone load to fix the issue.
Does anyone know if I can move the Corporate Directory above the Personal Directory??
