I setup call reporting for CUE 8.6.4 but am only getting about half the number of calls in the Called Number Summary Activity report. Anyone has any idea what could be the problem or how to even start troubleshooting?

CUE only reports the calls handled by CUE.
For complete CDR use a proper third-party solution.
