I have a CUCM with quite the few cmoninit processes with a combined 2.2 GB of memory. It is an on going problem and I have opened a TAC case but while I wait I wanted to see if anyone has a temp solution that can reduce the memory usage by this process? From the searches I have done, it seems to be part of a database process. I restarted my Tomcat service and was able to drop the total memory usage from 84% to 80% but I would like to get this lower until TAC comes up with a solution that doesn't involve me interrupting my customers unless absolutely necessary.
