CMS + Cisco Endpoint + Polycom Endpoint

Hi all,

I have a problem related CMS, Cisco Endpoint and Polycom Endpoint.

I already setup CMS on third party Server and it is well done. But It has a fault when Cisco Endpoint share content, Polycom Endpoint (HDX 8000 v3.0) get content about 1 minute then HDX lag and stop working.

I don't know the reason. Help me Please !!!

Hi,

Is the issue only happening while sharing content with Polycom endpoint? Does it work fine if you share content with a Cisco endpoint? Ideally this needs to be investigated via packet captures from CMS and the endpoints to see if there is any issue with signaling or media packet drops/blocking.
