Co-worker can't access Unity due to open sessions

The message my co-worker receives indicated the login is not allowed due to the maximum numbers of sessions have been exceeded, or something like that. Maybe a chance clearing the browser cache would clear the situation, but I suggested using a different browser and she got the same results. I thought I'd try some of the other Navigation options to see if there's a way I can delete/clear her sessions, but I don't have access to all of them. Didn't see anything related in Cisco Unified Serviceability.

The Unity version is  12.5.1.17900-31. Any suggestions what we could try? I've never experienced the trouble and log in/out of Unity often in a given day.

I found this is a related post. but I (believe I) don't have access to CLI. Maybe our second level support company does.

#scope security

#show user-session local/remote

#delete user-session local/remote <user> <session-id>

#commit-buffer

The default session idle timer in CUC is 20 minutes. This means that 20 min after a non-clean logout (like closing the browser rather than logging out and then closing the browser) the session will clear.

Hopefully by the time you read this enough sessions have cleared themselves to allow the other user to log in. If not, that would mean that you do have 'stuck' sessions that would need to be cleared via the CLI.

I hope this is helpful.

Thank you - yes, that is helpful. The other user was able log in after waiting a while. I think I usually just exit out of Unity by just exiting out of the browser like my co-worker - but we're going to start actually logging off going forward.
