COBRAS/Message Shuttle Deleted Voicemail

I've got a separate cluster on 11.5 that was restored from 10.5 DRS. 

I'm using the Message Shuttle tool to true-up the messages.  Can use COBRAS as well if needed.

If a user deletes voicemail on the old cluster and then I run Message Shuttle/COBRAS, will it delete the old message as well?

Pretty sure the answer is no but wanted to confirm.

No, both COBRAS and Message Shuttle are "add only" operations - they wont add duplicates but they will not issue deletes ever.
