We are using a number *5300 in one of location where user dials *5300 & call goes to the Voice mail...
We are unknow about the this set up ....& we need to find the details for Voice mail number where call hit after dialing *5300
How can we do this...
We checked with the Unity part no found any thing,,
Is there any command or debug from Voice gateway so that we reach where call Hit after dialing *5300

Start by mentioning if this is CUCM or CME, either one, you should be able to tell that by looking at the configuration there, exactly what's going on.

Hello Jaime,,there is CUCM setup,,,is there any command or debug we can set on Voice Gateway so that when we dial*5300 will get the Calling & Called number details

Then either use DNA, or simply look at the route plan report.

You can install port status monitor For unity. To find what was the calling,called number,redirecting number when call hits unity.
