Can we go for 

1--12.5su5 for CUCM ,CUC, IMP if compatible with be7000h m4 ?

2--12.6 expressway on BE6000M m4

1--12.5su5 for CUCM ,CUC, IMP if compatible with be7000h m4 ? Its compatible.but you need to run supported versions of VMware on Be7K hardware. 

2--12.6 expressway on BE6000M m4:-  Its compatible.
