Hello,
Some users when dial a number they don't remember the number which they want to call, so they dial the 4-5 digits then they look their agenda and before complete the dial numbers the previous has been cleared from the screen. Is it possible to extend the waiting time to complete the number before clear the screen?
We have Call Manager Express.

Hi,
You can change the intedigit timeout by the following commands:
The following example sets the interdigit timeout value to 5 seconds for all Cisco IP phones:
Router(config)# telephony-service Router(config-telephony)# timeouts interdigit 5
The following example sets the interdigit timeout value to 5 seconds for all Cisco SIP phones:
Router(config)# voice register global Router(config-register-global)# timeouts interdigit 5
You can set it to a higher value like 8 or 10 seconds.

I have already change this parameter but it didn't change the time.
I restart the device but it didn't change anything.
I should restart anything else.
Thanks in advance

This timer applies to all digits that are being dialed, hence the name timeout interdigit. Please try and see if it helps.
