We are running Cisco CUCM version 8.5 and have deployed some 6 x Cisco 7942G IP Phones in a Call Centre hunt group setup. We are however getting feedback that these Call Cantre agents cannot conference more than 4 concurrent calls on the confrence facility. Is there any specific setting that we need to look at. Any suggestions are most welcome.

Hi
This is the default maximum participants available on CUCM systems. It probably affects all your phones...
Go to ccmadmin, System/Service Parameters. Select any server, then the IP Voice Media Streaming Service. You can change the maximum adhoc conference paricipants parameter there.

Apologies - it's actually a parameter of the CallManager service... in the 'Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Conference)' section.
