I am going to configure some Autoattendant functions on CUC.
what do i have to do on the CUCM before configuring my call handlers?
i am new on this so any information will be helpful.
how do i have to configure the voice mail ports in the CUCM ?
this is my desired scenario.
1) a user calls the general number 01234568
2)they have a greeting message .
3)press 1 for marketing
4)press 2 for sales.
when a user presses 1 or 2 they are forwaded to a particular user's DN.

i do not know the configuration to do on the CUCM to put this in music.
