Corporate directory not showing telephone number on cucm

Hello all,

I need your help please .

I have a cucm 11.5 integrated with Ldap 

All is good , but the problem that i have one user not showing the telephone number , but the other users showing fine their telephone number .

Could you help me please

Ok.check the telephone setting in the Active dir for this user.

Right click on the user and select properties. Check the Telephone field .

The customer told me that this user   have the adequate information of telephone number on AD.
but in cucm i can't find this telephone number on user page .

Normally this user should have the telephone number on general > telephone number  and telephones >Home on proprieties of this user on AD ? or both ?

Is there any way to ceck that from my side on cucm (logs,  etc ...) ? because  I have no control over the AD,it's handled by customer .

some customers can frustrate their engineers. It has happened to me before. Tell the customer to send you screenshot. Sometimes we dont need to work on assumption.You can also take a look at the ldap setting in cucm to be sure that the telephone filed has not been changed. Also  confirm the last ldap sync 

You can also tell the customer to create a demo user in the ldap with phone no.Then you perform the ldap sync to check
