Could not add the PLM in HCM-F as License Manager

Hi,

We are implementing HCS (Cloud Computing) and we deployed Prime License manager and then installed HCM-F. we are trying to add the Prime License Manager (PLM) as a License Manager in HCM-F but we are getting the below Alert Message in HCM-F GUI 

"The operation failed due to an error detected by the HLM service. If the problem persists, contact technical support"

We are using PLM version 10.5.1  , HCM-F 10.1.1.10000-7

Anyone, please assist us.

You should try and use HCM-F version 10.1.2 as per the compatibility matrix

Hi Manish,

Yes, i raised the TAC case and TAC suggested me the same. So after i upgraded HCM-F, i could add PLM in HCM-F successfully.
