CSCvv65634 - SSO DB connections are not handled properly

This defect shows as fixed.  My customer is running CUCM and IMP/CUPS 11.5.1 SU5.  I need to find out in what 11.5.1 SU that this fix will be included in and/or if there is a standalone ES patch for this defect.  The defect lists these versions as fixed.  I want to know what these correlate to.  

CUP.11.5(1.77000.7)
CUP.11.5(1.21000.88)
CCM.11.5(1.21900.29)
CCM.11.5(1.21900.28)

It's a later release then SU8, so very likely it would be a ES release that you'd need to reach out to TAC to get.
