CTI Route Point Registration

Good evening, Gents!

I've got 2 CRS (Customer Responce Solution) servers, on in the main office (CRS1) and one in remote location (CRS2)

I also have 2 CUCM servers in cluster, one in the main office (CCM1) and one in  remote office (CCM2).

Now the problem is that CTI Route Points from CRS2 register with CCM1 and one CTI Route Point from CRS1 registers with CCM2 thus when VPN goes down CRS2 doesnt work and responce.

I have checked Unified CM Configuration page on CRS 2, everything seems to be ok, CCM2 is listed the first node. But CRS2 keeps registering with CCM1

Dont know where to look for solution!

Thank you in advance!

And you have the CTI Route point, and CTI ports in your call control group assigned to a Device Pool that has CCM2 as primary?  I was thinking you said you did in your initial post, but when I re read it, I'm not clear on that.  That is going to control where those ports register.

What version are you running of CCX and UCM?

Sorry, forgot to mention. CUCM 6 and CCX 5.0

Open the appadmin interface, and take a look at the telephony subsystem setup and the RMCM setup.

Within each, you have an ordered list of providers.  It will use the one at the top of the list first.  My bet is that you have them backwards from what you're wanting.

Clifford,

I have checked it already, they are listed in correct order, on CRS2 CCM2 is listed the first, but still, it keep registering with CCM1

Clifford, please find attached printscreen from CRS2

192.168.23.8 is CCM2

192.168.16.6 - CCM1

I changed device pool under trigger configuration, now it registers correctly! Thank you very much!
