hi Team,
I want to get some understanding on installing/ordering CUAC Advanced.
I understand if I want to install CUAC Advanced I can download the software from
http://cisco-ac.arcsolutions.com/UserWebSite/cisco/ciscoDefault.aspx
I can use this setup file to build both PUB and SUB.
After doing so I will have both PUB/SUB running with 60 days evaluation licenses.
And now I need to order the permanent licenses.
The licenses for CUAC are user based and CUAC License ordering guide says I need to order below
L-CUAC11X-ADV
L-CUAC11X-ADV-HA
My question is if I order 1 quantity each of these what do I get ? One operator license ?
If I have 20 operators do I need to order quantity 20 of each of these.
i.e. 20 -- L-CUAC11X-ADV
& 20 -- L-CUAC11X-ADV-HA
or HA needs to be ordered only once ?
Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Anil,
I was going through datasheet which says
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/unified-attendant-console/data_sheet_C78-731867.html
"You must order a Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced license for each concurrent operator login. A maximum of 50 concurrent operator client logins are supported per Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server. Example: If you need 50 attendant consoles logged in to the server at the same time, you should order 50 licenses."
In your case, u need to order 20 licenses for operator.
For HA, part u need to order 1 HA license.
you can refer ordering guide which says
For Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced:
● License quantity should equal the number of users that need to use the system concurrently.
● Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced also offers an optional High Availability (HA) license. Purchase a quantity of 1 HA license for each Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server you wish to make redundant.

Hi Anil,
I was just referring the installation guide on Page 15 which talks about Resiliency
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucmac/cuaca/10_5_2/install_admin_guide/CUACA105202WAG.pdf
I also referred the Licensing guide
You can use downloaded software for 5 days before you must license it. Licensing the software enables you to evaluate it for 60 more days. If you do not license the download, you will be unable to use it after the fifth day. If you have a resilient installation, you need to license both the Publisher and the Subscriber

Thanks Aman for your response.
if I have already running CUAC client for 19 sites (1 operator each) and I am planning to add 1 more operator in 20th site, I will order 1xL-CUAC11X-ADV license. right ?
But as I recall (if not mistaken) once we activate the purchased software we do it for both PUB and SUB and install separate files on PUB & SUB.

Yes, you are correct.
You need to order 1xL-CUAC11X-ADV for electronic delivery.
For second query, I am not sure.
