cuac : answer from a wireless headset

Hi,

The feature below was found in the cuac data sheet.

When a call comes into a queue configured with operator handset ringing, the call is sent directly to the handset of the operator who has been logged into that queue the longest. This feature lets operators answer the call from a wireless headset while away from their desks.

I cannot find out how to configure the queue with operator headset ringing.

Can someone help ?

Hi

This option is otherwise called as forced delivery

You can find this option under queue you have created

Call Delivery Method->Forced Delivery.
