We have a UC deployment using CUCM 10.5.2, IM&P 10.5.2. For operators there are four number of Attendant Console Standard versions installed. Everything is working fine however our customer has a requirement for the calls which are transferred by the operators return to the operator after ringing for a limited time. As per research we have done It seems like CUAC standard no longer support this feature. Is there any work around to Implement transfer recall or simply return all operator transferred calls back to the operator?
