CUACA and queues

Good afternoon,

We set up two queues in CUACA.

The idea is that the calls enter in the first queue, then after some waiting if not answered, it will route in the second waiting queue.

Is it possible to make the caller hearing the normal ring tone when in first queue and to hear a MOH message when routed in the second queue?

Sinc MoH is music-on-hold, for CUACA it automatically goes the second queue and it starts to ring the operator, so user hears ring-back. Unless the call is put on hold, just putting the call on the second queue won't do MoH.
