Hi netpro,
Got a weird one. CUBAC 9.1.2 queue set to deliver calls. 1st call comes in and console operator can answer it. Put the call on hold via the cosole and all fine. However, when a second call comes in, operator is able to answer it but cannot transfer the second call. All options are greyed out. Max calls on phone are 6 and on CTI ports on 6.
Ideas?

Was a user error. From memory user did not highlight 2nd call to take action on it.
