CUBE dial-peer busyout and sip trunk did not up in CUCM

Kindly provide a solution in which my incoming and outgoing call not working and also call not landed in gateway.

i attach current configuration of the router.

From which side don't you see incoming calls? From external or from CUCM?

If the SIP Trunk is not "up" in CUCM, then either CUCM cannot reach the router, FW blocks the SIP messages or the CUBE doesn't reply to SIP messages / blocks SIP messages from CUCM.

Another thing:
You don't need "session target" in an incoming dial-peer. "session-target" is used to point to the destination for outgoing dial-peers.

I would recommend you also attach a debug of the call.

incoming and outgoing both did not work from this Cyber net ISP.

Have you configure sip profile with option ping on cucm sip trunk if not the trunk won’t see the status of the sip trunk.

as @b.winter mentioned on gateway which calls are not landing ? Call from Pstn or from cucm?

can you share debug ccsip messages and debug ccapi inout 

if there is a firewall in between disable sip inspection .

thanks all of you my issue has been resolved.

in my router configuration i just lack out the sip-ua configuration then i configured it then the both incoming and outgoing call working...
