Hello,
We have implemented Unity Connection 10.5.2 and want to use HTML Notification with Voicemail Audio File Attachments.
The option is greyed out under User, Notifications, HTML, and I am not able to check box it.
Please advise of any special steps required to enable the "Allow voicemail attachments" to be enabled under HTML.
Thank you.

In order to enable this go to: Advanced > Messaging and check this box there. "Allow
voicemail as attachments to HTML notifications".
Thanks and Regards

I know this is an older thread but I am having a problem related to this.
I am trying to send users' VM's as an attachment in the HTML email notification. We use Google for email and I have gone through the process of configuring a Google Cloud Project and authorizing my Workspace to allow emails. I am getting the HTML emails but no attachment.
I have enabled "Allow voicemail as attachments to HTML notifications" in CUCA > System Settings > Advanced > Messaging.
I have set up HTML notifications in the User > Edit > Notification Devices
I went into Templates > Notification Templates and looked to see if I had to add a variable to the template to show the attachment but it doesn't appear that is the case
I know that I can send them as attachments using a Unified Messaging Account, and that works, however that email is not customizable and I don't like it.
We are on CUCA version 14.0.1.14006-5.
Anyone have any thoughts as to what I am missing?

To start, I would suggest determining if it is CUC that is not sending the attachment, or if it is Google that is not allowing the attachment. CUC trace files would show this, or you could use Wireshark to inspect the packets on their path from CUC out to the Internet.

I am far from an expert with this. Where would I find the CUC trace files?
