Dear all,
I make all the documented configuration for missed call notification feature from Cisco unity connection side but unfortunately it didn't work. as it seems in the attached capture from the RTMT logs, it says that the client is not authenticated. So do I need to make any additional configurations in the CUC or the Exchange server to solve this issue. And by the way the single inbox worked well. Thanks in advance

CUC will simply use the smart host that is configured to try to send the email for notification to the email address you defined, you probably want to look into whoever is the smart host to find out why this is not working.
