Is there any way to setup a notification that goes to end user notifying them that their mailbox is full in Cisco Unity 9.0?

Hi Joseph,
It seems that such a configuration to send out notification automatically when mailbox is full is not possible. You will need to use the following options instead:
>> Configure message aging to permanently delete messages in the Connection deleted items folder.
>> Configure message quotas so that Connection prompts users to delete messages when their mailboxes approach a specified size
