CUCILync doesnt detect 9971 phone.

Hi, a very good day to all..

Im having this issue wit CUCILync. It doesnt detect 9971 phones. When i try to use the option " use your desk phone for phone calls" its gives me a message saying " calls cannot be placed at this time" in red. The option works fine with 7945 phones.

Does anybody know a fix for this.. ?

Hi Riyad,

If everything is configured the same as the 7945 phone, then you just need to add the user to the following group

"Standard CTI control of devices supporting conf and xfer"

under the end user pages in CUCM. This is required for the 9971 phone
