We have just completed a large UC deployment where CUCIMOC is the primary telephony device for about 3/4 of the users base. However, none of the wireless Plantronics headsets we are using work with CUCIMOC the way they should (bluetooth and USB).
The main issue is that a user can't answer a call by pressing the button on the earpiece, you cannot get dialtone by pressing the button either.
The headsets work FINE with IP Communicator and MOC.. just not COCIMOC.
Needless to say the customer is a bit miffed.
So, does anyone have any suggestions AND field experience with a headset that works with CUCIMOC? (Or knows how to get these working?)
Thanks
- Sam

From what I know it should be until 8.5 release, not sure about the timeframe but if it's the same as other products it should be Q4CY10

Is there any timeline on the support? I know it's not in thelatest beta, so if not now, when?
