CUCIMOC Integration Failed with Nortel IP Telephony App enabled on Client

Hi !!!!

I have the following problem with the plugin CUCIMOC 7.1.4, if i enable it in a laptop without Nortel IP Telephony App enabled , the CUCIMOC just work fine, but if i try to enable it with Nortel IP Telephony App enabled laptop, i just doesnt connect with CUCM, the problem is that i tried to deactivate the Nortel IP Telephony App, unistall it, erase the registry keys, but the Nortel IP Telephony App, is still there, ¿ Does anybody have had a problem like this ?

Hi,

Give the CUCI-Lync 8.5.1 a try (does require at least OCS 2007 R2 or MS Lync Server) as it uses different architecture for the cucimoc window as compared to cucimoc 7.x.
